Installation & Field Enablement Specialist

About the role

This position serves as an Installation & Field Enablement Specialist within the Operations – Supply Chain department. The role involves working closely with customers to ensure successful installations and enablement processes. This is a hybrid position, combining both remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities

• Support customer installations and enablement processes
• Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve installation issues
• Document and maintain detailed records of all installations and enablement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in installation and enablement roles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
