Installation Crew Member

As a Retail Fixture / Installation Crewmember you’ll be a vital part of our company’s purpose – to make the world a more thoughtful and caring place. This position is based out of Monticello, MN and is classified as a part‑time merchandiser role.

Pay

• Starting pay $17.60 per hour, with two scheduled increases during the first year.
• After 6 months of employment the rate increases to $18.60 per hour.
• After 1 year of continued employment the rate increases to $19.50 per hour.
• Paid travel time to the job site when traveling in a company vehicle.
• Hotel and per diem are paid for overnight travel.

Schedule

• Average of 15 hours per week.
• Hours may increase to an average of 30 hours per week around holidays.
• Hours vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displays.
• Follow instructions along with planograms/diagrams.
• Assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and moving materials necessary to complete the display reset.
• Connect effectively with team members and store associates.

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to 60 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Proficiency with small hand tools used to install and modify fixtures, including hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• May require occasional overnight travel out of town.
• Potential exposure to crowded environments, close quarters, loud noises, and low‑level lighting conditions.
