Installation Crew Member

Where is the worksite?

The main warehouse and office are located in Leola, PA. Where you work as a Swing Kingdom installation crew team member, the world is your office! We will provide you with opportunities to travel throughout the United States.

Schedule

• Base Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 6am and 5pm
• Additional Pay Considerations for Late Night and Overnight Trips, Along with Company Paid Room & Travel Accommodations
• Willingness to work on the road with frequently adjusted hours, overnights, and occasional weekends, to ensure timely delivery and installation

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Hardworking and goal-focused, with a positive attitude, professional work ethic, and willingness to learn new things
• Above average Assembly/Building Skills preferred
• Strong technical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset

Working Conditions

• Field work and Plant Environment with exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels
• Office environment with standard climate control.
• Requires frequent stooping, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods of time
• Lifting up to 50 pounds for shows and dealer visit.

Physical Requirements

• Adequate manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer work and documentation.
• Normal range of hearing and clear speaking abilities for effective communication.
