Install Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Aid in the installation and construction of landscape and athletic field projects under the guidance of the Crew Leader.
• Perform general labor tasks such as rolling fabric, shoveling and spreading stone, and moving materials across job sites.
• Check grades and elevations to ensure proper leveling and drainage.
• Assist with attaching nailer boards to concrete and securing materials in place.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Travel out-of-town for projects, typically up to five days per week.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the Crew Leader promptly.
• Work as part of a team and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — training provided.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or designated meeting location.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
