Randolph Restaurant Group, franchisee of Bojangles OPCO, Inc., is seeking outgoing individuals to join our team across 12 restaurants in North Carolina, West Virginia, and Virginia. As a Team Member, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences while delivering acclaimed Southern-inspired fare and unparalleled service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare food to Bojangles’ standards
• Operate and maintain advanced cooking equipment
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and workspace organization

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of standing for up to 8 hours
