Responsibilities

• Drive installation crew to job sites safely and efficiently.
• Aid in the installation of irrigation systems and landscaping features.
• Load and unload equipment and materials for each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving during installations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in landscaping or irrigation installation preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
