Installation and Service Technician III/ Senior Technician - Buffalo, NY

About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality installation and service in the field. Works closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install and service various electrical and mechanical equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and resolve issues
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
• Document all work performed and communicate status to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• At least 2 years of related experience in electrical or mechanical installations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong customer service skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
