What You'll Do Coordinate installation and service schedulesSupport 5 installation crews and 2 service techniciansCommunicate with customers and field teams dailyProcess job paperwork and maintain organized recordsTrack performance metrics, labor percentages, and production resultsHelp solve issues and keep projects moving forwardOrder parts and assist with warranty requestsMaintain accurate records in our CRM system What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitudeReliable, organized, and detail-orientedComfortable working with numbers and reportsExcellent communication and customer service skillsSomeone who takes ownership and follows throughA team player who contributes to a positive cultureAble to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✅ Strong math and analytical skills are required.
