About the role
The Installation Services Coordinator supports sales team members, customers, and partner installers involved in HVAC, appliance, and water heater installations, service work, and preventative maintenance. The Coordinator manages their assigned installation and service orders, develops templates to streamline workflow, coordinates inspections, supports warranty and special order activities, and assists administrators in resolving purchase order issues.
Responsibilities
- Process all Installation & Service requests in the system.
- Aid in the warranty and special orders process of any parts and service.
- Resolve Purchase Order discrepancies.
- Create templates for ease of ordering replicated unit styles.
- Research AHRI Certificate information for all products.
- Assist with administrative duties when necessary.
- Maintain and ensure Installation Services procedures are followed for current and upcoming installations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- One to three years’ experience in HVAC installation or service is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook) and SalesPad is required.
