Role Overview: The Project Coordinator oversees residential roofing projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage materials, coordinate subcontractors, lead on-site teams, order supplies, maintain documentation, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Skills & Qualifications: Proven leadership in construction or project management, hands-on roofing experience, supervision skills, valid driver’s license with a clean record, OSHA certification, and physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs. Familiarity with Office 365, Salesforce, or CRM tools is advantageous.
