Install Coordinator

About the role

The Install Coordinator at Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient installation process for both technicians and clients. This role is critical in coordinating with installation technicians, suppliers and customers to schedule installations, communicate with our team, and streamline the installation process. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of the Plumbing industry. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Installation technicians and installation manager
• Assist the team in completing jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company's goals
• Coordinate schedules for installation teams, clients, and material shipments to ensure efficient performance
• Maintain accurate records of project plans and schedules
• Ensure all necessary documentation including contracts and agreements are prepared
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure equipment and supplies for projects are available in time for installation
• Maintain communication with clients, ensuring timelines and any changes are addressed throughout the process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, scheduling or administrative roles
• Strong verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, and ability to learn new software systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $22-$24/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
