About the role

As an Inspector Sr at Lockheed Martin, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of aerospace systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and testing aerospace systems and components to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Documenting findings and discrepancies in inspection reports.
• Interpreting engineering drawings and technical manuals to identify potential issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality assurance problems.
• Adhering to quality control procedures and maintaining detailed records of inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aerospace inspection or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aerospace materials and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with quality management systems such as AS9100.
• Basic understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

Schedule
