Primary Responsibilities

• Handle animals and animal husbandry practices
• Work with livestock markets and sales
• Exhibit animals
• Work with veterinarians
• Understand the livestock and poultry industry on a state and national level
• Use Microsoft office, web-based programs, and a smart phone
• Prepare and compile data and reports
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Fit test and wear a respirator
• Stand, walk, stoop, and/or bend for prolonged periods of time
• Lift 50 pounds
• Complete FEMA Incident Command Training

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas driver’s license
