Inspection, Imaging, & Services Business Unit Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing using business value and revenue.
- Analyze competitors and position the business unit for market success.
- Leverage research and customer data to drive product innovation.
- Create growth strategies across multiple product lines and industry verticals.
- Collaborate across functions to achieve unified business objectives.
- Support business development, partnerships, and M&A activities.
- Ensure operational excellence and meet financial targets.
- Attract, develop, and retain high-performing, diverse teams.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience: Direct P&L responsibility preferred. Proven track record in product line and product marketing leadership, with demonstrated success driving go-to-market strategies in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial organizations.
- Leadership: Experience leading high-growth, globally complex, and multidimensional businesses. Exceptional team player with ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration.
- Analytical Ability: Thrives in dynamic environments characterized by complexity, metrics, and measurement.
- Matrix Management: Demonstrated proficiency in leading and operating within matrix organizations.
- Functional Breadth: Varied experience including consulting, product management, and commercial roles.
- Personal Attributes: High integrity, results-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous personal and organizational development.
