About the role
- Oversee cross-functional teams, establish growth priorities, and ensure the execution of long-term business objectives.
- Lead the strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of the business unit while ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives.
- Develop and execute long-term, annual, and quarterly strategic plans, including financial goals, operational objectives, succession planning, and leadership development strategies.
- Prepare and present strategic reviews, operational updates, and business performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Lead financial planning activities, including quarterly forecasts, long-range P&L projections, revenue planning, and performance tracking.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and customer-focused plans that support business growth.
- Establish measurable objectives and scorecards across functional teams to drive accountability and execution.
- Develop organizational capabilities by identifying high-potential talent, creating development plans, and strengthening leadership capacity.
- Monitor key business metrics and financial indicators to support decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key customers and partners, supporting relationship development, revenue growth, and strategic initiatives.
- Participate directly in resolving complex business challenges across sales, customer delivery, product development, operations, and resource management.
- Identify operational and business risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure effective risk management practices.
- Support the evaluation, integration, and oversight of new acquisitions and strategic business additions.
Requirements
- Strategic and operational leader with a proven track record of managing business units, driving growth, and leading complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in business leadership, general management, operations management, or a similar executive role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, financial forecasting, revenue optimization, and business performance metrics.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior functional leaders.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to translate business objectives into actionable plans and drive execution across teams.
- Experience managing customer relationships, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to guide decision-making.
- Experience identifying risks, solving complex operational challenges, and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or business transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Able to operate effectively in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.
