InSite Supervisor

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Industrial Services Supervisor to join a safety-focused team. This role involves planning, leading, and coordinating daily operations for two or more crews, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by adhering to policies, processes, and safe work practices.
• Promote HPC-Industrial’s safety, environmental, and operational policies.
• Manage crews to safely and accurately complete operations.
• Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Train and develop equipment technicians (5% of role focused on HPC-Industrial equipment technicians).
• Interact with customers professionally, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment (preferred).

Qualifications

• Ability to wear protective clothing/equipment, including Nomex coveralls, back belt, slicker suits, rubber boots, fresh air breathing mask, escape pack, and hard hat.
• Capability to work in extreme climate conditions (e.g., high heat index of 95+°F, 98% humidity, subzero temperatures).
• Ability to withstand exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, exhaust, and highly pressurized fluids.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
