Insights Analyst III

Position Overview

Analyze large, complex datasets to understand user engagement, performance trends, and drivers of business outcomes.
Develop and maintain core KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reporting for product and operational decision-making.
Partner with data engineering to structure datasets and improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility.
Create frameworks, test hypotheses, and communicate insights to stakeholders and leaders in a clear narrative.
Support ad-hoc analyses across initiatives such as launches, feature/content evaluation, and operational planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics supporting product and/or business decision-making
• Strong SQL skills and experience building dashboards/visualizations (e.g., Tableau or similar BI tools)
• Hands-on experience working with data pipelines/ETL concepts and collaborating with data engineering partners
• Experience defining KPIs and translating ambiguous questions into measurable analyses and recommendations
• Strong communication and storytelling ability, including presenting insights to cross-functional partners and leadership
