Duties
Under the general direction of the Administrative Program Operations Section Chief/Manager II, the incumbent will serve as the Division’s Human Resources (HR) liaison and provide day-to-day management of CFPD’s operational and administrative functions, including coordinating division-wide reporting and providing support to the CFPD executive team in the areas of division-wide policy development, complex special projects, and other ad hoc requests. As such, the incumbent exercises independent judgment in managing a variety of sensitive high priority projects that have a system-wide impact; must have the ability to act authoritatively and exercise a high degree of responsibility for decisions in difficult and sensitive program development.
