ANALYST III
Salary range: $6,623.00 - $8,220.00 per month. New to State candidates will be hired at the minimum salary of the classification.
Position type: Permanent, Full Time. Hybrid telework schedule.
Location: United States (California residency required prior to appointment).

About the Role
The Facility Management System (FMS) is a Salesforce-based enterprise licensing platform replacing multiple legacy systems within CCLD. The Analyst III will perform advanced analytical, consultative, and coordination work to support FMS implementation. This role collaborates with CCLD program staff, Information Systems Division staff, and contractors on business process reengineering (BPR), discovery, design, testing, data migration, and implementation activities for the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced analytical and coordination support for large-scale system implementation or modernization projects.
- Support activities such as discovery, design, testing, training, or readiness for enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms).
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams or stakeholder groups (e.g., business, technical, legal, vendor, or OCM teams).
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks; ensure timely follow-through.
- Communicate complex or technical information to leadership and stakeholders through status updates, summaries, or decision-support materials.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.
- Completion of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) (max 2 pages, Arial 12-point font) addressing:
- Experience providing advanced analytical/coordination support for large-scale system implementation projects (role, project type, and work performed).
- Experience supporting discovery, design, testing, training, or readiness for enterprise systems (Salesforce or similar platforms).
- Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams/stakeholder groups, tracking deliverables/dependencies/risks.
- Experience communicating complex/technical information to leadership or stakeholders (written/verbal examples).
- Fingerprinting clearance by the Department of Justice (required post-hire).
