About the role
We're seeking an Inside Solutions Representative who can build strong business relationships and sell bundled services to small-to-medium business customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound business customer calls related to new service activation, service upgrades, and account transfers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Create effective strategies for selling bundled services.
- Proactively follow up on sales opportunities, installations, and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Generate new business leads through proactive outreach and referral requests from existing customers.
- Educate customers on installed products, service offerings, billing and charges.
- Listen to customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations based on clients' business needs.
- Assess the serviceability of client locations and negotiate pricing, service levels and terms with clients.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to find appropriate solutions and resolve installation or service issues.
- Perform ROI assessments to ensure sales profitability.
- Generate new leads and request referrals from existing customers.
- Work with sales support to complete orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Share customer insights and feedback with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field; or a high school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience; or an associate degree, a bachelor's degree or certification in a related discipline.
- Proficiency with computers and common business software.

Pay
USD 17.40 - 26.06 per hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.
Schedule
Compensation includes an annual incentive/commission target of $28,340.00.
