About the role
As an Inside Solutions Advisor at Cox, you'll be the bridge that brings transformative technologies to businesses, helping them grow and thrive in an evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Nurture relationships and drive renewals to ensure customer loyalty.
- Engage with existing customers to renew contracts and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans to maintain and grow Cox Business's presence within existing accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service, pricing, and technical issues by understanding customers' unique communication needs.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and support teams to provide tailored solutions and address service or installation concerns.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for additional products and services.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contract terms to meet client needs while driving business results.
- Partner with internal teams to solve problems and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Share customer feedback with the marketing team to refine strategies and enhance offerings.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of 5 years of experience and a high school diploma/GED, or an associate degree, bachelor's degree, or certification in a related discipline with 3 years of work experience.
- Proven track record of meeting quotas in sales experience.
- Proficiency with computers and common business software.
Qualifications

- Experience in the communications industry or with a major communications equipment vendor preferred.
- At least 1 year of B2B field sales experience, including meeting quotas and cold calling.
- Knowledge of local market and contacts.

Pay
USD 17.40 - 26.06 per hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.
Schedule
This role is eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $28,340.00.
