Responsibilities
The Sales Support Representative is assigned to one or more Executive, Senior Executive or Presidential Account Managers to assist in their day-to-day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer issues on assigned accounts, both new and existing. The Sales Support Rep is an integral part of the success of the Account Manager and assists in account retention and growth.
In a typical day you will:
- Provide superior customer service to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing
- Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business
- Minimize problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution
- Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed
- Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
