What You’ll Do
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and the outside sales team
- Manage and support effective parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate parts inventory, including continuous and annual physical inventory counts
- Process parts warranty claims and returns within required timeframes
- Create purchase orders for drop shipments, rush orders, and special orders in the ERP system
- Maintain the retail shop, including restocking shelves and collaborating with marketing to improve product visibility
What You’ll Do (continued)
- Provide daily support to the outside sales team
- Process and expedite customer parts and sales orders
- Create, maintain, and verify parts quotes, sales orders, and service orders
- Support fulfillment of equipment quotes
- Cookier logistics for equipment deliveries related to service and sales
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and manufacturers
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the ERP system
- Communicate opportunities or issues requiring additional attention to the outside sales team

Education & Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in inside sales, parts, or sales support preferred
- ERP experience
