About the role
Come for the job, stay for the career! Inside Sales Support Representative at FCX Performance, a division of Applied Industrial Technologies, is a full-time permanent position located in Appleton, WI.
Responsibilities
- Absorb and distribute customer-related paperwork and documents.
- Manage customer login information for online systems.
- Track and manage “in-transit” invoices.
- Provide order assistance and expedite orders when necessary.
- Assist with phone coverage during client meetings and in-house training sessions.
- Maintain the “Welcome” area for guests and customers, including updating the lobby sign, maintaining company literature, and providing refreshments.
- Arrange for lunches for client meetings, in-house training sessions, and company BBQs.
Requirements
- Superior organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to relate to all levels of employees within the organization, as well as customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strict adherence to corporate rules, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- An Associate’s Degree is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with industrial environments and situations is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to provide maximum operational efficiency.
