About the role

At MiniMed, we're on a mission to transform diabetes care through innovation, and we need a leader who can inspire a high performing inside sales team to carry that mission forward every single day. We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to manage a team of Diabetes Inside Sales Reps.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a work environment conducive to excellent sales performance, customer service, learning, teamwork, execution and accountability
  • Maintain, analyze and distribute sales results and productivity metrics
  • Establish exceptional relationships with field sales partners
  • Deliver Action Plans to Director-level on how performance standards will be met
  • Administer sales programs and other motivational tools to drive performance
  • Ensure adequate staffing and responsiveness in all activities
  • Facilitate team meetings to maintain communications, develop teamwork, identify roadblocks, implement improvements and drive results
  • Coach team members to continuously improve sales skills, phone skills, communication, processing efficiency, and organizational skills to ensure effective team dynamics
  • Mentor employees on teamwork, time/task management and career development

Requirements

  • HS/GED + 8 years of relevant sales experience OR Associates + 6 years of relevant sales experience OR Bachelors + 4 years of relevant sales experience OR advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Requires practical sales, business development and management knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics for one or more products
  • Nice To Have / Preferred: Previous experience leading and managing sales teams in a high-volume sales environment, Knowledge and understanding of Diabetes and/or Durable Medical Equipment, Proven success as an inside sales representative as measured by level of sales performance against established goals and objectives, Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customers (both internal and external), Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrated strong work ethic, Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability and proven success influencing and motivating others, Strong personal computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software
