Inside Sales - Studio Booking Rep

In-Office Position located in Colorado Springs.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Pay

• Base: $21/hour ($43,680/year)
• Total Earning Potential: $69,000 – $95,000+ per year
• Monthly incentives:
  • Top Performers: $2,100+
  • Medium Performers: $800+
• No cap on earnings – the more you achieve, the more you earn

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls (warm leads only – no cold calling)
• Leverage communication skills to secure bookings and meet targets for calls and client enrollments in the studio schedule
• Contribute to client satisfaction and foster long-lasting relationships
