About the role

We are hiring entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Sales Representatives to support Ucardia's continued expansion across key healthcare markets.

This is a field-first sales opportunity for individuals who are energized by being out in the market, building relationships face-to-face, walking into practices, attending local events, developing referral networks, and creating trust with healthcare decision-makers.

This is not a role designed for someone who wants to sit behind a computer making dials all day. Phone, email, and digital outreach are important supporting tools, but the strongest representatives will be those who are consistently in the field, creating local momentum, building trust, and turning relationships into qualified opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect qualified medical practices, provider groups, and healthcare businesses within your local market
  • Spend meaningful time in the field visiting practices, building relationships, and creating local market presence
  • Conduct outreach to practice owners, providers, administrators, and key decision-makers
  • Start conversations around Ucardia's practice solutions, market fit, and value to both the practice and patient experience
  • Build relationships through local networking, referrals, in-person visits, community connections, and virtual outreach
  • Introduce Ucardia's platform and clearly communicate its value to prospective practices
  • Qualify opportunities based on practice type, needs, timing, and decision-making authority
  • Generate and book qualified demos for the Ucardia team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective practices
  • Represent Ucardia professionally in-market and help build local brand awareness

  • Strong organization, follow-through, and pipeline discipline

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based sales role. Compensation is earned entirely through commissions on closed business, making it ideal for high-performing representatives who want uncapped earning potential tied directly to the deals they close.

Representatives earn commission solely on closed deals generated from their own market activity. There is no draw, base pay, or guaranteed minimum — earnings are fully performance-driven. Realistic earnings potential ranges from $75,000 to $300,000+ annually, based entirely on individual performance, deal volume, and closed revenue.
