Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Contact current and potential customers to generate sales.
• Develop, sell, and convert accounts to recurring revenue service contracts.
• Maintain paperwork, purchase orders, rental agreements, reports, and ensure internal process requirements are met.
• Handle inventory to stocking levels and ensure the order process is complete and error-free.
• Mentor peers and share standard methodologies with those less experienced as needed.

Requirements

• Customer service and inside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to understand the need, solve problems, and respond in an efficient manner.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• A strong knowledge and comfort level with computers.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Annual Base Salary Range: $41,000.00 - $82,809.99
• Compensation Type: Exceptional Hourly Incentive Eligible
• No Sales Commission Eligible

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range: $41,000.00 - $82,809.99

Schedule

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
