Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on signage options, materials, and design choices to meet their needs and budgets.
- Congduct site surveys and measurements at client locations to assess signage requirements, ensuring accurate specifications and optimal placement.
- Prepare detailed quotes based on client specifications, process orders promptly, and ensure all necessary documentation and down payments is accurately completed.
- Collaborate closely with the production team, designers, and installers to ensure seamless project workflow, from design approval to installation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, managing customer accounts, and addressing inquiries or issues quickly.
- Maintain strong relationships with both vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders.
- Aid in various store operations, ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in computer operations, including Windows Office and POS systems.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage frequent computer use.
- Advantage if you have experience in sign, design or print industry.
Compensation
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
