Key Responsibilities
- Generates new business by identifying and researching accounts nationwide using telephone, email and independent research.
- Proactively initiates outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Creates and delivers informative telephone and email presentations regarding products, effectively closes sales, and meets monthly sales quota.
- Maintains and analyzes finished goods inventory to identify distribution outlets for allografts as assigned by the Senior Director of Sales.
- Maintains and calls dormant accounts to reestablish relationship with the company.
- Tracks and reports sales activity.
- Attends Sales/Distribution departmental meetings, participates in committees, coordinates special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eighteen months’ experience in customer service or inside sales.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
