Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Help with the sales process and look for upsell opportunities while managing current accounts
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts
• Manage projects from beginning to end
• Problem-solve, interact with customers, and work in a fast-paced environment while gaining trust and maintaining relationships
• Assist where needed and contribute as part of a team towards a common goal

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success working with customers
• Inventory sales/order systems experience
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
