Responsibilities

• Helping with the sales process and looking for upsell opportunities while managing current accounts
• Overseeing customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts
• Expanding customer service horizons by interacting with clients

Requirements

• Demonstrated success working with customers
• Inventory sales/order systems experience
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
• Waterworks knowledge and experience

Qualifications

• Flexible and willing to assist where needed
• Ready to contribute as part of a team towards a common goal
• Get excited about problem-solving, interacting with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment
