Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from beginning to end.
• Assist across roles and responsibilities as needed to support team goals.
• Problem-solve and interact with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Build trust and maintain customer relationships.
• Support the sales process and identify upsell opportunities while managing current accounts.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
• Provide excellent client service and expand customer service responsibilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success working with customers.
• Inventory sales/order systems experience.
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
