About the Role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Sales Team. This is a remote position, meaning job duties do not require proximity to a CohnReznick office. However, occasional in-office presence may be required for client work, team meetings, or trainings with scheduled notice.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s services, audiences, and priorities.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to determine strategic sales approaches.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Drive priority accounts and contacts to firm events.
- Engage target accounts to connect with influencers and decision-makers.
- Ensure follow-up by passing qualified leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, call-to-action dates, and sources.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect inquiries and qualify opportunities for handoff.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Attend sales training as applicable.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track all calls and outcomes.
- Develop expertise in sales tools, including CRM, Sales Intel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, PowerBi, and data source providers.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency in prospect research, outreach preparation, CRM documentation, and internal communication.
- Communicate brand identity and corporate position appropriately.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of direct work experience in a sales or inside sales capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to open doors at target accounts within a defined ideal client profile.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities and identifying key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
Pay
In New York, the salary range for this role is $66,000 to $91,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of CohnReznick’s total rewards package, which also includes a discretionary performance bonus and other benefits.
