Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web
• Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products or services
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on pending opportunities
• Collaborate with outside sales and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with phone and email outreach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
