About the role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying potential clients through phone calls and email campaigns
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Updating CRM systems with client interactions and sales data
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software
