Responsibilities

- Keep CRM records updated and accurate
- Collaborate with advisory and administrative teams
- Represent Guerra professionally at events
- Aid with team projects and administrative tasks
- Continue learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Financial experience and certifications/licenses a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into an advisor role

Pay
$80,000–$100,000 Annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
Schedule
Full-time, role based in Miami, FL
Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support
