Role
The Inside Sales Specialist engages warm leads and sets appointments for our financial advisors. You’ll focus on relationship-building, qualifying leads, and contributing directly to the firm’s growth. This is perfect for professionals with 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and looking to advance into an advisory role.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients and schedule advisor meetings
- Collect financial information and assess needs
- Maintain consistent follow-up to drive conversions
- Keep CRM records updated and accurate
- Collaborate with advisory and administrative teams
- Represent Guerra professionally at events
- Aid with team projects and administrative tasks
- Continue learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting and/or phone sales preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written)
- Financial industry experience is a plus, not required
- Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude

Schedule
Full-time, role based in Miami, FL
Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support
Compensation
- $80,000–$100,000+ Annually All-in (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
