Who We Are Looking For

• Self-directed professional with 4–6 years of proven success in full-cycle B2B sales, consistently exceeding quota
• Experience managing complex deal structures or transaction sizes over $50K
• Sharp communication and presentation skills, able to hold your own negotiating directly with physicians and clinic owners
• Background in MedTech, aesthetics, capital equipment, high-ticket sales, or formal sales methodology training
• Can work onsite Monday through Friday at our Park City headquarters

What You Will Do

• Lead deep discovery with targeted prospects, understanding not just what they want to buy, but how their clinic operates financially
• Architect comprehensive solutions utilizing our proprietary LaserMatch software and Smart Center data, weaving together new and pre-owned devices, trade-in values, and long-term service contracts
• Seamlessly manage a high-value pipeline ($50K+ deals) in Salesforce, providing highly accurate forecasting to leadership
• Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating what elite outbound strategy and negotiation look like to the broader team
