Senior Territory Sales Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across Capital Health Plan's Individual (ACA), Medicare Advantage, and Group product lines. This role is responsible for developing and executing market expansion strategies that drive membership growth, revenue, and brand presence in existing and emerging markets. The Senior Territory Sales Manager serves as a strategic field leader, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to build relationships, expand community presence, and identify new growth opportunities. This role combines business development, field marketing, and sales execution to support enterprise growth and market penetration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-based growth and market expansion strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, employers, providers, and community partners
- Analyze market data, trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy
- Manage sales pipelines, lead generation, and conversion activities
- Use CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Lead community outreach, enrollment campaigns, and field marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in business development, sales, field marketing, or healthcare growth roles
- Strong ability to develop and execute territory-based growth and market expansion strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Active Florida 2-15 Health & Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with ACA, Medicare Advantage, and Group insurance products
- Experience working in managed care or health plan environments
- Experience supporting growth in rural or underserved markets
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and insurance marketplace dynamics

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
