Requirements
- Selling automotive repair services
- Computer proficiency, utilizing various industry software programs
- Supporting business operations and store performance in Sales and Profit
- Promoting customer satisfaction and retention
- Leading a productive work culture
- Prior sales experience in the Automotive Repair Industry preferred but trainable
- Excellent earning potential for self-motivated, energetic, positive individuals
Daily Duties
- Convert phone inquiries to appointments
- No cold calling, focus on very high-volume customer traffic
- Follow up on un-retained leads to maximize appointment retention
- Convert appointments to sales
- Follow up on un-retained appointments to maximize sales retention
- Maintain courteous treatment for all customers
- Provide fair and honest written estimates
- Set reasonable expectations for services using "Total Honest Communication" to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers throughout the process to ensure satisfaction
- Achieve sales objectives as defined by management
