Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
  • Service existing clients
  • Effectively demonstrate product lines
  • Maintain established goals for territory development and sales quotations
  • Prepare quotes for hollow metal and hardware
  • Provide exceptional service to all customers by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all product lines and services
  • Follow up with dealers on projects and close orders

Qualifications

  • Commercial construction background or building supply sales experience
  • Hollow metal doors and frames background
  • Basic commercial hardware knowledge
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in the commercial hardware industry

Skills

  • Communications Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office
