Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
- Service existing clients
- Effectively demonstrate product lines
- Maintain established goals for territory development and sales quotations
- Prepare quotes for hollow metal and hardware
- Provide exceptional service to all customers by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all product lines and services
- Follow up with dealers on projects and close orders
Qualifications
- Commercial construction background or building supply sales experience
- Hollow metal doors and frames background
- Basic commercial hardware knowledge
- 2 to 5 years' experience in the commercial hardware industry
Skills
- Communications Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office
