About the role

Business Development Associate (BDA) drives growth for Convertros ’U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action. Ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization.

Pay

Performance-based pay with weekly commissions and bonuses. Income scales directly with individual performance — no caps.

Schedule

Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) between 12 PM and 12 AM EST. with availability to work on Saturdays.
