Inside Sales Representative - On Site
About the role
Anticimex Carolinas is seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives who have at least 2 years of successful inside sales experience, ideally in an inbound high-volume or call center environment. The ideal candidate will consistently meet or exceed quotas and be motivated by performance-based earnings. They should excel at consultative selling, uncovering customer needs, and closing on the first call. Additionally, they must be skilled at working with CRM platforms and using data to drive results, communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively, and be able to upsell and cross-sell services without sounding scripted or pushy.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls with the goal of converting leads into customers
- Use a consultative approach to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell services to increase customer value and revenue per interaction
- Hit and exceed monthly sales quotas with consistency
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to share techniques and stay sharp on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
- Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong verbal communication, rapport-building, and closing skills
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED (college a plus)

Pay
Base hourly pay + uncapped commission + overtime opportunities
