Inside Sales Representative | Medicare Insurance | $50k–$75k+ OTE | No Cold Calls

We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our Medicare team as an Inside Sales Representative. No prior sales or health insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. This role is ideal for those eager to learn, driven to succeed, and ready for a career that rewards hard work.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the health insurance enrollment process.
• Match clients with suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
• Explain insurance plans clearly and gather necessary application information.
• Conduct sales conversations over the phone, building trust and confidence.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• Able to pass a federal background check.
• Highly coachable—open to learning and welcoming feedback.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accurate application processes.
• Eager to learn and improve sales skills to advance a career in sales.
• Confident communicator over the phone.

Pay

• On-Track Earnings (after training): $50,000–$75,000+ per year (uncapped commission).
• Training Compensation: $40,000 guaranteed salary during the entire 6-week licensing and training period.

Schedule

Work Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm Central Time in our office.
