About the role

Join Loggerhead’s Customer Experience team as an Inside Sales Agent. Handle calls and leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers. Interact with customers through calls, SMS, and email, actively listening to uncover their needs and converting them into customers.

Responsibilities

• Connect with interested prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, etc.
• Uncover customer needs, identify gaps in coverage, recommend solutions, and convert them into customers using a proven sales strategy.
• Utilize a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License as a professional trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License upon hire.

Skills

• Knowledge of Homeowners Insurance Market.
• Demonstrated sales experience in insurance or a similar industry.
