Responsibilities
- Handle calls and leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching appropriate coverages, products, and benefits.
- Interact with customers through calls, SMS, and email, actively listening to their needs and delivering a world-class experience.
- Grow sales by connecting with interested prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, etc.
- Uncover customer needs, identify gaps in coverage, recommend solutions, and convert leads into customers using a proven sales strategy.
- Utilize a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license as a professional advisor.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License upon hire.
Skills
- Knowledge of Homeowners Insurance Market.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in insurance or a similar industry.
