Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs
- Educate customers on our full lineup of products and services
- Proactively reach out to prospects and follow up on leads
- Collaborate closely with outside sales, parts, and service teams
- Use your knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment to recommend solutions
- Support customers with technology, equipment upgrades, and operation-improving tools
- Stay informed on incentive programs, promotions, and financing options
Requirements
- Knowledge of current agricultural issues
- Flexibility to work varied hours and some weekends
- Able to safely operate, mount/dismount, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
- Able to sit, stand, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong math and computer skills
Qualifications
- Preferred (but not required): A few years of account management or direct sales experience (especially ag equipment)
- Bachelor's degree in business or an agricultural field
- Willingness to train motivated candidates with the right mindset

Schedule
Variety of hours and some weekends may be required
