Responsibilities

  • Supporting new and existing client projects and managing incoming sales inquiries.
  • Developing accounts through phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.
  • Providing price quotations, product samples, and marketing materials to customers.
  • Building long-term profitable relationships with key accounts and prospects.
  • Monitoring customer sales and trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and following up with action plans.
  • Forecasting product demand in collaboration with customers to ensure smooth supply.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities, introducing new or alternative products, and sharing appropriate samples and pricing.

Qualifications

  • A college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of packaging industry and related products.

Pay

Base pay starts at $60,000 annually with additional compensation through commission.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate travel and sales activities.
