Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Schedule qualified meetings for licensed commercial insurance brokers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting goals
- Manage prospect records, follow-ups, and daily tasks in Salesforce
- Set follow-up reminders and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Assist with setting up Workers' Compensation analyses for brokers
- Utilize creative sales techniques to reach prospects
- Provide general sales and administrative support to brokers
Qualifications
- Sales Experience - Highly preferred, but not required
- Proven track record - Quota and goal achievements
- Strong Interpersonal Skills - Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Team Player - You excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Industry Knowledge - Insurance (or Worker's Comp) knowledge preferred, but not required
- CRM Experience - Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
